1. Introduction
Welcome to Garden State Herbhub ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Schlesinger Software, doing business as Garden State Herbhub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Garden State Herbhub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
Garden State Herbhub is intended only for users aged 21 and older located within the United States. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to access cannabis-related information in your jurisdiction.
3. Service Description
Garden State Herbhub provides a comprehensive listing of cannabis dispensary products available in licensed New Jersey dispensaries. Users can browse, search, and filter products by location, brand, price, and other attributes.
We also offer a premium membership that provides additional features such as price alerts and real-time updates.
Garden State Herbhub does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of cannabis or cannabis products. All purchases must be made directly through licensed dispensaries.
4. Accounts and Authentication
Users must sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple).
During registration, we may collect your name, email address, and date of birth for verification purposes.
If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we will receive only the Apple relay email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Premium Membership and Payments
Premium membership may be purchased on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis through the Apple App Store. A free trial may be offered for first-time subscribers.
All payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the Apple App Store under their terms and policies. Garden State Herbhub does not process payments directly.
To cancel or modify your subscription, please use your Apple account settings.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
7. Future User Content
In future updates, Garden State Herbhub may allow users to post reviews or upload content. By submitting content, you grant Garden State Herbhub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app.
You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and data within Garden State Herbhub are owned or licensed by Schlesinger Software. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

No Affiliation: Garden State Herbhub is not affiliated with the State of New Jersey or any listed dispensaries.
Accuracy Disclaimer: Product data may change or become inaccurate without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

No Endorsement: We do not vet or endorse any retailer or product listed on our platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garden State Herbhub and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
